This is the website for the JISC project “Newport CRM Process and Policy Development” which began in July 2009 and runs until April 2010.

About the Project
We wanted to undertake this project so we could extend the solid base in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) that the university has established in recent years. We are hoping that we can work collaboratively across the university and that our findings will be useful to lots of other Higher Education Institutions!
Our project aims to be cross functional and areas that are working on the programme include:
